b. Approval: Custom orders require approval from the customer before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply for alterations requested after approval.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged Products within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications.

b. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All content, designs, and intellectual property displayed on our website or provided as part of our services are owned by Elizabeth Fields Designs. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.
